On April 26th my baby boy turned THREE!
Three years of pure joy with this wonderful little man.
He mostly always has a BIG smile on his face and a giggle to share.
We spent the day doing lots of fun things!
A trip to the DQ for this little boy who has a sweet tooth like his mom!
He has always been and continues to be a little boy with a big appetite.
He will try anything,
and mostly eats everything.
His special gift this year was a big surprise...
A new bike..just his size!
He was a pro from the start!
And off he went on his new ride.
It all went well for the first few days,
we could go for a walk with him biking by our side and get a nice work out.
UNTIL,
UNTIL,
his dad took him for a ride around the block,
he went to fast,
and tipped over.
Now he is slower then a turtle and very cautious.
I tell him to pick up the pace and he says "no, daddy made me fall" ha ha!

On Saturday we took Breck to Edinburgh Park: Adventure Peak for another birthday surprise.
We met a bunch of our friends for a day of playing,
dinner, and cupcakes! It was a blast!
On the way home this boy was beat,
and fell asleep within minutes of the car moving.
It was so fun and busy that this mom of the year didn't get any pictures
besides this one of my sleeping boy :(
And the birthday celebration continues!
On Sunday we had family over for a birthday party.
It started off a bit rough as the boy refused to take a nap,
and then fell asleep 20 minutes before guests arrived.
He threw a (what I've been told) typical THREE year old fit...
just terrific, this is what the year will bring!
After a short while he was back to his spunky self!
Hamming it up to all the guests,
blowing out his candles,
enjoying his superhero cake and ice cream,
opening gifts,
then outside playing with all the new fun.
Here he is with his Woody hat and belt on, cowboy boots and his new chain saw!
Where did time go!
