Trying to have fun...in the hot humid sun!

Monday & Tuesday

were horribly hot at a whopping 100 + degrees!

We they stayed cool by jumping into the freezing cold swimming pool,

hopefully by next week it will be warm enough for me to go in...I'm a wussy.

And Breck swam in his mini pool

and LOVED it

"a little fish"

splish splashing, in and out, up in down,

in the water

I sat on the edge with my feet in the cool water...

it felt amazing!

That day I though,

having all these kids running around the house has really wore me out,

and wasn't sure I could do it all summer.

but the next day when it finally cooled off a bit {80's seem cool..that's just wrong}

I realized the sun really got me that day,

and it wasn't me trying to keep up with the kids! I can do this..as long as it's not 100 + degrees!

It's so nice having the older kids here this summer.

They help me so much with Breck!

Playing bubbles, chasing him and wearing him out for naps, making forts, keeping an eye on him for minutes at a time so I can

shower, dishes, water flowers, just the little things.

Plus,
I think he thinks they are much more fun then his boring own mom!
