Breck's First Road Trip....

And all went well!

He's such a trooper..slept ALL the way there...ALL the way home!

This past weekend we made our first family trip Mankato.
First stop Schmits Meat Market..the most delicious summer sausage

~you must try Wisconsin style mmm chedder cheese & cranberries in it~

and to visit the Schmits...one of the nicest families!

Then off to Mankato where we stayed with some good friends of ours &

the best hosts! We always feel at home when we stay with them! Wish

we all lived a little closer...maybe someday soon! BTW good luck Ryan

on the job interview!

Saturday the boys took the risk of golfing inbetween rain showers,

while Megan & I went to lunch at the Tav with some old co-workers

from Trinity to catch up and for them to meet Breck!
It was such a wonderful lunch & we visited for over two

hours! Can't wait to do it again!

Then Megan & I went shopping :) How I miss Mankato for that reason...

not just WALMART like we have here! ha!

As we were leaving town..about 10 min out..Jerod says

"Wonder what we forgot this time" I say "nothing, because I packed it all up"

..my phone rings..it's Megan! I had forgot my wallet in her purse

and we had to turn around to get it!
Jerod didn't say anything, just had a smug look on his face! bha ha!

We enjoyed the evening with the Selly's catching up, eating, & beverages!

Breck was such a GOOD boy...like usual! Although he refused to go to bed..

to much going on..and then when he did he was up every two hours!

Lets just say his mamma got about three hours of sleep! buutttt

when we got home we took a GREAT two hour nap, while poor Jerod

was BUSY hard at work outside..mowing, trimming trees, ect. LOOKS GREAT!
